Oat Of This World Cookies

Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

• 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter, softened

• 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

• 1/2 cup granulated sugar

• 2 eggs

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 - 1/2 cup all purpose unbleached flour

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 1 tsp ground cinnamon

• 3 cups Quaker Oats (uncooked)

• 1 cup of raisins

Instructions:

• Preheat your oven to 350 F - low bake-

• In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until creamy. Slowly add your eggs and vanilla.

• In a medium size bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, oats, and raisins.

• Combine bowls and mix. Use your cookie scooper or roll into 1/2 palm sized balls and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper.

• Bake 8 -10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from sheet. Enjoy!
